DIC visited the fieldwork on the extension of the metro lines U2 and U5 in Vienna, Austria. The Underground extension project involving U2 and U5 is poised to be a pivotal milestone for Vienna's public transport system. In contrast to recent subway endeavors that primarily aimed at enhancing specific districts, this U2xU5 interchange project is set to significantly elevate the overall network's quality and accessibility, making it a paramount initiative for the city's public transportation landscape.
